1. Use of Site
You may not use the Site or Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose under this Terms of Service (TOS). This includes soliciting, promoting, or engaging in any illegal, fraudulent, or activity that infringes upon the rights of Bronzy’s or others. By using the Site or Services, you represent and warrant that you will not use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Site or Services, your access to the Site or Services, or your use of the Site or Services for purposes other than their intended use. Notwithstanding other provisions in this TOS, you further represent and warrant that you will not use this Site to
(a) Transmit any information, data, text, images, files, links, or software unless it’s related to your authorized use of this Site or in response to specific requests for information by us.
(b) Upload, introduce, or transmit viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or harmful code to the Site or any other computer or website.
(c) Attempt to access any computer system or part of the Site that you are not authorized to access.
(d) Impersonate any other person, including registered users of this Site or Bronzy’s employees.
(e) Violate the privacy or proprietary rights, including intellectual property rights, of any individual or entity.
(f) Use the Site or Services to collect information about other users of the Site for any reason or send unsolicited commercial emails.
(g) Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the functioning of the Site or attempt to obtain the source code of the software underlying the Site.
(h) Use the Site or Services for stalking, harassment, or harming others.
(i) Use automated or manual high-volume processes to access, search, or harvest information from the Site or Services.
(j) Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site and Services, disrupt any servers or networks connected to them, or disobey network requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations.
(k) Mirror or frame the Site, overlay pop-up windows on its pages, or otherwise affect the display of its pages.
2. Order
This TOS, along with any additional terms on the Site, governs any orders you place through the Site or Services for Products or electronic gift cards (referred to as “Order”). When you initiate an order, we will verify your Payment Information (defined below) and shipping address by sending an email to the address you’ve provided. Your submission of an Order through our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the Product(s) you’ve selected, and we may accept your Order by processing your payment and shipping the Product(s). However, we reserve the right to decline your Order or any part thereof for any reason. An Order will be deemed accepted by Bronzy’s only after the Product(s) have been shipped. If some Products in your Order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available Products and notify you of any unfulfilled items. If we decline to accept your Order, we will attempt to notify you at the email address you provided. Any estimated shipping date provided by Bronzy’s is based on Product availability and payment processing time and does not include transit time. Upon shipment, all Products will be considered accepted by you, and title to and risk of loss of any Products in your Order will pass to you when Art Culture provides the Product(s) to a common carrier.
3. Payment
To complete an Order, you will be required to provide Bronzy’s with the necessary information to process the Order, including your billing and shipping addresses and the following billing details: (i) your name as it appears on the card. (ii) The credit card type (VISA, MasterCard, or any other issuer then accepted by Bronzy’s). (iii) A valid credit card number. (iv) The expiration date of your credit card. By submitting your Payment Information to us, you authorize our third-party payment processor to charge your credit card for the purchase amount within thirty (30) days of credit card authorization. You represent that you have the necessary authorization to use any credit card or payment method provided. While we will not be liable for unauthorized use of your credit card, we encourage you to report any such unauthorized use to us, and we will take reasonable measures within our control to help prevent future unauthorized use.
4. Pricing and Products
We strive to display our Products and their colors as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary depending on your monitor. Product availability may change, and prices are subject to modification. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or other details. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable sales taxes, which will be added to your total purchase price. You are responsible for payment of shipping and handling charges, as well as state and local sales or use taxes, if applicable to your Order.
5. Ownership
All information and Content, including any software programs, available on or through the Site, is protected by our or our licensors’ copyright. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works, or using any Content available on or through the Site for purposes other than personal, non-commercial use. You must comply with all copyright notices, information, and restrictions pertaining to Our Technology, including any notices or restrictions within or attached to the technology. This TOS does not grant you the right to obtain a copy of Our Technology or access it, except as generally allowed through the Site in accordance with this TOS. Furthermore, this TOS does not imply, estop, or otherwise provide a license to use Our Technology. Any use of third party software provided alongside the Site or Services will be governed by the licenses of those third parties and not by this TOS.

We acknowledge that we have no control over these websites and are not responsible for their accuracy, content, legality, or any other aspect. References to third parties, third-party websites, or third-party products or services do not constitute an endorsement by us.
